Quotes & Pricing

Payments

• Remaining balances must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.
• Delayed payments may delay project delivery.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Respond to communication within a reasonable timeframe.

Delays in client responses may affect project timelines.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

• The client owns the final approved project deliverables unless otherwise agreed.
• KSADrop Agency retains ownership of proprietary tools, frameworks, templates, reusable code, and methodologies used during development.

Revisions

Revision limits are defined in the project proposal.

Requests beyond the included revisions may incur additional charges.

Project Cancellation

Either party may terminate a project with written notice.

Completed work up to the cancellation date remains billable.

Deposits may be non-refundable depending on project progress.

Website Availability

We strive to maintain uninterrupted website access but do not guarantee continuous availability or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

KSADrop Agency shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Third-Party Services

Projects may integrate third-party platforms such as Shopify, Meta, Google, payment gateways, or external APIs.

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or service interruptions caused by these third-party providers.
